Update: Milford Crash On I-95 Cleared

MILFORD, CT — The rain was not the only obstacle on Interstate 95 in Milford Thursday morning, but a two-vehicle accident on Interstate 95 northbound has been quickly cleaned up. According to the state Department of Transportation via Twitter, the accident was cleaned up at about 8:40 a.m., shortly after Exit 37, which is I-95's intersection with High Street. The DOT said the crash happened between exits 37 and 38 at about 8:19 a.m. Thursday. The result was the left lane being closed and traffic backed up, according to the DOT.
