Join Cosmic Hearts for our BRAND NEW Cosmic Brunch event held at The Cypress (midtown Reno) This monthly event features a day of movement (flow), sound bath (meditation), local healing service providers + wellness/apothecary vendors to check out! With a brunch food truck, and a live music all under one roof. Doors 9:30 am 10 am-10:45 am- morning flow 10:45am-11:15am- 30 min intermission 11:15am-12:15pm -Sound Bath w/ Cosmic Hearts 12:30-3pm Wellness fair- (wellness vendors, book healing sessions, brunch food truck, and more,.. when you arrive, find your spots, settle in, and explore through the many Cosmic offerings. The Cypress bar will be open at 10am, with classic cosmic heart elixirs, from local herbalist Mary McCullum of Sierra Roots Wellness. Check out our vendors, and you can even sign up to receive a session during the sound bath. Imagine...a hands on reiki/energy healing. Or a massage? Maybe an Aroma therapy session, for the hour long sound bath? Doesn’t that sound amazing?? We think it’s a pretty special new idea and hope you get a chance to participate. Cosmic Heart sound bath facilitators -Cheryl Bowers, Johnny Cosmic, Blaire Zika, April Brown, Chaz Allen, & Sonya Savoy +featuring a rotating group of guest healers and sound practitioners. For $10 you can add on our traditional hands on reiki healing, that includes, tuning forks, on body sound bowls, and yoga adjustments. We look forward to this new offering and are beyond thrilled to co create all this amazing magic with The Virgil the Vendors AND our amazing cosmic family and community.
