Thursday, June 2nd - PILATES WITH VALERIE HECKEL Full body low impact Pilates class that will use the core Pilates principals plus adding in contemporary flavor to fully strengthen and stretch the whole body. Class is open to all levels, and all ages! Thursday, June 9th - PILATES WITH CHELSEA KRUSE Barre infused pilates. Incorporating signature barre style moves, we will focus on toning and lengthening the entire body using body weight and resistance. Get ready to move, tone, and stretch! Thursday, June 16th - CONSCIOUS BARRE with JACLYN WINTERS A mix of ballet barre, yoga, Pilates and strengthening. In this hour long, full body workout, expect an emphasis on alignment, mind/body connection and isometric movement. Get ready to have some fun in this high intensity, low impact class! Safe and challenging for all levels. Thursday, June 23rd - PILATES FUSION WITH SARIT ZORANO Pilates Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles—including barre, yoga, strength training, cardio, and dance—to give a modern twist to Mat Pilates. Similar to Mat Pilates, this style has a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles.
