MORRIS PLAINS, NJ — Crumbl Cookies, a franchise with over 400 locations in the United States, will celebrate the grand opening of its newest location in Morris Plains on Friday, June 10, from 8 a.m. to midnight. Crumbl Cookies is located in Briarcliff Commons, next to a Chop't and a Chipotle. The store is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursdays, and from 8 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Every week, it serves milk chocolate chip cookies along with a rotating menu of four to five specialty flavors. According to a store official, the cookies featured this week are: Buttermilk PancakeOrange CreamsicleIced OatmealLemon BlackberrySnickerdoodle Cupcake"My personal favorite this week might be the buttermilk pancake! It's a buttermilk base with a buttermilk glaze and buttermilk topping. It isn't too sweet but has a great pancake flavor! I am a big fan of things that "shouldn't" be a cookie becoming a cookie," said a store official. To commemorate its grand opening, the Morris Plains store will be offering double rewards points on their six-pack and 12-pack boxes this week, officials said. Crumbl Cookies launched in Utah in 2017 and has since expanded to over 300 bakeries in 36 states, making it the nation's fastest-growing cookie company, according to the franchise website. Crumbl has nearby locations in Ocean Township, Holmdel and Clark.
