Culinary Love is partnering with Judson Wood, Shawnda Bauer, and the Center for Divine Awakening to bring Wellness to the Hospitality Industry in Arizona. On Sunday, June 12th from 3-5 pm, Shawnda and Judson will be leading us through Body Movements, Sound Healing, and Guided Meditation. The tools they will teach us are fantastic for releasing negative energy, stress relief, and finding peace in the fast paced and demanding restaurant industry. Plan on arriving 5-10 minutes prior to check in. Please dress in comfortable clothes, and bring a blanket and plenty water.
