Learn about the traditional way of enjoying a meal--by savoring it in courses. Under Antonio's guidance, you’ll prepare the four traditional courses: antipasto, primo piatto, insalta, and dolce! Enjoy a complete meal in the authentic style--from the antipasto to the dolce, you'll savor the experience along the way. You'll be greeted with a glass of our sparkling Brillante and Chef Antonio's Gran Piatto Misto! As you cook through each course, you will taste wines Chef Antonio has selected to pair with this menu! Wine will also be available for purchase should you wish to enjoy a glass of your favorite Villa Bellezza wine during class, or purchase bottles to take home. This cooking class is $85/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with sparkling wine and appetizers. Through a series of cooking classes, you will discover the food and wine of the region with Villa Bellezza Chef, Antonio Cecconi, as your guide and instructor.
