If you are looking for a career and ready to settle in somewhere this could be the company for you! ACE Handymen LLC is looking to hire a hard working crew leader to join our fast growing team. You’re job would be to oversee between 1-4 other employees at a job site, be able to delegate tasks, teach those under you, and ensure work gets done to satisfaction. You must be capable and knowledgeable in most of the trades such as carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, light framing, drywalling, and kitchen and bath installation. Responsibilities: Manage a crew of 1-10 people on a job Manage quality control of jobs of various size Be able to plan out and see a job through to completion from start to finish Delegate work to employees Oversee material purchases and quality of materials Manage job time frame Manage job budget Requirements: A vehicle of your own to use (preferably a truck or van) Knowledge of the various trades Your own set of basic tools Ability to manage other people well Able to see a job through to completion with good quality work Good administration skills Able to keep a job on budget You must be able to legally work in the US and have a valid drivers license.
