Join YWCA Minneapolis for Family Zumba at Peavey Plaza. In this body-friendly space for all ages, families and fitness levels, we'll combine breathing and yoga poses with joy and creativity. Come ready to explore balance, find strength and softness and connect our minds and bodies. Class is free and open to members and nonmembers. Please bring a mat, towel or blanket and a water bottle.
