Invite your friends and join YWCA Minneapolis for a FREE, invigorating and peaceful yoga class outdoors on Peavey Plaza (across the street from YWCA Minneapolis Downtown). Members and nonmembers welcome! Connect postures with mindful breathing to build strength and positive energy with community. Whether you have an extensive practice or you’re a beginner, join us to deepen your mind-body connection. Nonmembers who attend receive a free three-day trial fitness pass to any of our three fitness locations. Plus, you can join YWCA Minneapolis as a member for just $15! 5:30 pm Check in5:45 – 6:30 pm Yoga with YWCA Minneapolis Class is weather permitting.
