The position: Landscape Pest Tech The Pay: Hourly plus very easy to achieve bonus every month brings the average tech pay to $65k annually. Our top earners are pushing 80k! It is not super hard work. As a Service Technician with Smith’s Pest Management, you will be provided with all the tools and training you will need to be successful in starting or continuing a career in the pest control industry.
