Join us to discover kusudama, a traditional Japanese paper sphere formed by paper folding. Kusudama, meaning “medicine ball,” originally served as holders for incense or potpourri, and uses a paper folding technique similar to origami. Today they’re used as decorations or gifts. During this three hour class, we will make 12 five-petaled stars used to create your own kusudama ball.
The cost is $35 and includes all of the materials to make your own kusudama ball. Reserve your spot through the Eventbrite link.
Join us in our NEW Maker Room at our Robbinsdale store location. *This class space is in the lower level of the building without an elevator. Please contact us to schedule a class at our Excelsior store location for guests with accessibility needs. We would be thrilled to add another date/location to our class list!
*Please let us know via email if you are attending with others who registered separately so we can ensure your seating accommodates your group needs. [email protected]
