Part time Grounds Keeper needed on Private Residence

The Grounds Keeper position is at a Private 2.5 Acre residence in SouthWest Ranches, FL. The position is part time, 3 days a week. The days are flexible. I prefer if it is Monday / Wednesday / Friday. But if something comes up one day, you can switch to another day. On the property are some exotic and farm animals, a 2 waterfall pond, Fruit Trees, Garden and Pool that need to be maintained. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Clean ground areas daily of fallen Sticks and Palm Branches. Rake, sweep, shovel as circumstances warrant. • Mow Lawns and Weed whack when necessary. • Pull and Spray weeds. • Pressure Clean areas as needed. • Care of swimming pool. • AM and PM feeding of Animals, water changing, etc. • Cleaning and organizing Tool Sheds and Garages. All tasks will be given on a weekly or daily basis and it is up to you to work at your own pace to accomplish.
