We specialize in commercial and household moves, as well as local and long distance including storage services; we're looking for a new candidate to join our team based at our headquarters in Nashua, NH. Duties This role is a very important position. You will greet and welcome visitors; direct them appropriately and inform company personnel. You will be responsible for setting appointments with potential customers for our sales team, writing marketing postcards, and other small projects including but not limited to supporting our Sales Coordinators. Leads are generated from our website, leads system software, in-coming calls, internet searches, and the newspaper. Answer multi-phone line system to direct calls and coordinate inquires through company software. Receive and coordinate incoming/outgoing mailings. Records keeping, scanning documents and filing. Qualifications/Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite/Outlook and Calendar is required Prior knowledge with multi-line phone system Customer service background Strong verbal communication skills Computer proficient, internet savvy and software adaptable Ideal candidate is an independent worker/thinker, able to make day to day decisions without requiring constant supervision. Detail oriented, organized and punctual. Excellent communication skills will serve you best in this role. Some college/Associate degree preferred but may not be required for those with past experience in a scheduling role. Full benefits offered, salary is commensurate upon experience.
