Historic Westside Urban Farm Containers at James Gay Park Closing date: June 23 We invite qualified firms or individuals to submit bids for demolition of 2,500 square foot of existing concrete slab at James Gay Park and construction of site improvements and placement of two new 320 square foot prefabricated grow container units on 0.1 acre portion of James Gay Park. Site improvements will involve constructing two elevated concrete slabs with stair landings, a concrete handicap accessible ramp and associated tube steel handrails.
