We are looking for a DISPATCH COORDINATOR to round out our team and fill a critical client facing support role. We highly value individuals providing great customer service, flourishing in team environments, and building great relationships with our staff and clients. Great communication skills a must! Excellence with technology or willingness to learn is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Field incoming calls
- Triage service requests for urgency/priority
- Coordinate engineering team’s daily activities and dispatch resources via predetermined parameters
- Facilitate communication between engineering team and clients
- Procurement responsibilities such as shipment tracking and receiving
- Some administrative work as time and schedule allows
Requirements:
- Detail oriented
- Ability to think on your feet
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to track tasks to completion/resolution
- Pleasant, patient, and professional phone demeanor
- Must be particularly skilled in assertively herding cats with strong communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Phone and/or dispatch experience helpful
- Experience in ConnectWise a plus, but not required
- IT Experience is preferred
- Call Coordinator experience highly desired
