The Water Club is a luxury, 172-unit condominium association on the Gulf of Mexico that consists of two high-rise towers, clubhouse, har-tru tennis courts, fitness center, spa rooms, and outdoor swimming pool/wading pool/hot tub. We are seeking a part-time janitorial team member to assist with the upkeep, organization and cleanliness of the Association’s common areas in the afternoon/evening hours. This is a great part-time job for High School students! RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the following amenities and areas of the condominium: * Trash rooms and chutes, service hallways, stairwells, elevators - South and North Tower * Lobbies, restrooms, interior finishes, windows/doors, lighting, terraces -South and North Tower * Parking garage areas, including flooring, windows/doors, refuse containers * Collection and disposal of recyclables * Exterior Grounds, including outdoor furnishings, beach furniture/umbrellas, sidewalks, driveways, pool decks/pavilions, walkways and trash containers Please reply with resume and contact information.
