Arming teachers means kids no longer have to procure and smuggle weapons into the school. All they will need to do is disarm the teacher and then execute them with their own weapon.
The NRA has one goal and that is to scare people into believing that more guns are the answer.

When a single kid with an assault rifle scares an entire Texas police force from entering, it's time to admit that we aren't going to train teachers into becoming some Die Hard hero.
As of Monday we've had 10 mass shootings since Friday.
It's time to become pro-life and enact common sense laws to protect children. Your thoughts and prayers are doing jack shit.
