Ranch Hand/Laborer Full Time Ranch Hand located in Bakersfield, CA. This position's general cleaning and maintenance of our ranch grounds and facilities. Feeding cows and horses. Duties include mucking of cow and horse pens/stalls, irrigation/sprinkler maintenance, general handy work, fence work, construction work, tractor work and light maintenance, as well as variety of other jobs around the ranch. This position is for a self motivated, problem solver who may be called upon to help in a wide array of duties and projects on a regular basis. Qualified Applicants are: - Demonstrates good communication skills - Be able to lift 50 lb feed bags and 120 lb hay bales. - Courteous and professional at all times - Work as a Positive Team Player - Be able to maintain a safe and clean work environment - Must be a US Citizen or possess a current and appropriate work visa - Hold a valid drivers license with a clean record Job Type: Full-time
