Lost dogs in Taft

There are currently some stray dogs at the top of Harding Ave in Taft Ca. They are a family: dad is a Husky mix and mom is a German shepherd mix. They are skinny and in need of rescue. After searching the area, we’ve come to the conclusion they were abandoned up there. Please, if anyone knows where they belong or has room for them; they are all very sweet!
