Ebike repair needed

I have a cheap ebike (Ecotric Vortex) that I recently changed the back tire tube on. Having problems with the rear wheel disc brakes and wheel alignment since. Most shops won't work on these cheap ebikes and I don't have a way to transport it if I am able to find any places. Looking for someone to come and give it a look and get it running properly again.
