REMEDIATION TECHNICIAN Position responsibilities and duties: • Water leak investigation to determine cause • Communicate with Project Manager, and client to gather information on history and location of leak and determine scope of work • Set equipment per industry guidelines • Gather accurate and necessary written and photo documentation of all jobs start to finish • Submit work orders and photo documentation in a timely manner • Cover, move, set containments and protect contents within work space • Gather photo and written documentation of the setting and removal of drying equipment • Use moisture meter or IR camera to identify wet materials • Create observation reports of findings • Demolish or remove damaged plumbing, framing, drywall, and related materials • Provide restoration services for structures damaged by fire, mold, water, and weather • Perform water extraction, carpet/floor drying and cleaning, mold and mildew remediation, deodorization/decontamination, and demolition and debris removal • Consistently communicate with office staff, providing accurate updates to ensure job is completed efficiently Compensation: • Competitive wages D.O.E. • Mileage reimbursement program Benefits: • 401K with 4% match • Health Dental Vision FSA Aflac • Career growth opportunities MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Previous experience in above trade • Familiarity with tools of the trade and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload • Deadline and detail-oriented • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check • Must have reliable vehicle and CADL.
