The Product and Service: From basement to rooftop, combined our two organizations are an essential business that provides and services filtration products that protect people and property, which are all priceless investments. We do this by providing and servicing HVAC Filters, HVAC Accessories, Air Cleaners, and Air Purifiers to help protect the air people breathe. With our patented, UL Listed, rooftop chemical containment systems, we help people their property investments and stay in compliance with NFPA, EPA, and OSHA regulations. In short, our unique product called Grease Guard and the filters we provide through Fox Valley Filter helps to protect people, property, and the planet. The Position: We have 1 Sales Admin and 1 Operations Admin Position open where attention to detail is a must. This position does require the use of our CRM and Excel. Duties include but are not limited to: Data entry, administrative support to field employees. quality control on service performance, and other admin duties. This position may also include assisting with House Accounts which would involve answering questions, order entry, invoicing, upselling existing products and services, and collection calls. To be clear, this position(s) requires utilizing the following tools: CRM experience Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word Phone experience Ability to multi-task and work in a high urgency environment This is a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm position at our Naperville office.
