I’m looking for some help with sticking to an exercise and diet regimen. I’d also like to help another out. We don’t have to meet up, we can always just text each other when we’re feeling weak, progress pics, workouts, recipes, etc.
It doesn’t matter what diet or exercise routine you may have, I’m here to support you.
