Entry position in the boat marina service shop.Junior mechanic can initiate and complete basic repair order addressing routine scheduled maintenance and service. Junior mechanic will assist the head mechanic in the completion of more complex jobs.
Junior mechanic also assists in the maintenance of shop compliance.
Duties: basic mechanical duties; routine maintenance including oil changes,winterization,spark plug changes,battery changes
Requirements:
High school Diploma
Ability to read, write, and comprehend work orders
Drivers license
Own transportation
Boating experience a plus
Own tools a plus
