Maintenance Technician Needed

Our growing property management company is looking to bring two new maintenance technicians to join us at our established apartment community in Willimantic, CT. We are looking for someone who has preferably has some previous experience in apartment turns, facility maintenance, construction, or other related fields. A general "handyman" would be perfect. Basic abilities should include: light carpentry skills, plumbing skills, electrical skills, and troubleshooting appliances. This is a 40 hour/week full position, with benefits and PTO included. On-call coverage will be split between staff members; this property currently averages 2.3 calls per MONTH.
