Need Some one to Replace weatherstrip in Garage

SEE SCAN - Need someone to replace weathstrip near garage door (bottom) Also need a small metal weathstrip at bottom od door leading to outside. It goes across bottom of door but must have broken off - Maybe just the last 2 inches or so. need to replace the entire strip - Maybe 30 inches long with the screws that are there. See scan for garage and outside door. Must be seen before saying u will do it. Image ONE shows weatherstrip at bottom - ripped or eaten through. Scan three shows where bottom plate has been broken at right end. Fourth scan shows what needs to be replaced
