Photographer/Videographer needed

I'm hosting a kids' very amateur dance performance for small children and I need a photographer and a videographer. You won't be required to do any other work except take pictures and videos of the entire performance (about 3 hours) and see that I get them all on a USB and/or CDs within 10 days after the performance. Photographer must be able to take good quality still pictures in front of a basic backdrop and put them on a USB drive for me. Pictures will include kids individually posing in their costumes, a class photo, and still shots of the performers as they dance on stage. The videographer needs to be able to take an excellent quality video of the entire evening and edit it to delete the unnecessary parts of the video. A small introduction and ending would also be nice. Place, date, time: Reed Auditorium in Grove Hall (Dorchester), Friday, 6/24/2022, 5 to 9 P.M. This is a very low-budget community project where kids don't pay, so money is very limited but I can pay up to $175 for photographer and $175 for videographer.
