Are you... -New to real estate investing? -A self-starter wanting to learn and get to know the game of real estate? -A new realtor eager for field experience? We're Daniel and Eric and we are active Real Estate Investors predominantly doing business in the Northwest Indiana market. We do all our investing, acquisitions and sales 100% remotely from California, where we both reside. Because at this time as we're expanding and taking on much more deal volume, we're looking to take on and provide experience and education to a FIELD Apprentice to be our in-person contact in the local market. What we want to see in you as a candidate is motivation, drive, being a self-starter and a DESIRE to learn more about real estate investing (which will come with this process) Some prior real estate knowledge is PREFERRED, but not mandatory a we will provide many guidelines for you. Our intention is to build a long-term relationship with you where you will be a valuable team member and provide you plentiful opportunities for real world, hands-on experience in real estate. This is a role that would be compensated on a deal-by-deal basis and TBD Candidate's Requirements: -Punctuality - being on time to seller/buyer appointments -Friendliness and professionalism -Excellent, prompt communication with us and clients -Your own vehicle/reliable transportation Duties will include but are not limited to: Meeting with Sellers, Buyers & Tenants face-to-face Taking photos/videos of properties Sharing those files to us to review Doing zoom conference calls We look forward to hearing from you and will be conducting interviews over the phone as well as video call.
