Northwest Builders and Renovation is looking to expand our team! We are looking for experienced remodel carpenters who are self-motivated, dynamic and detail-oriented installers. Work is year-round with competitive wages. Looking to hire three new crews. Each consisting of one Lead Carpenter and two Helpers with solid knowledge of the construction industry. Lead Carpenter Role: -Must have competent knowledge of the building process, modern building techniques, product and material knowledge. -Must be able to accurately read and understand plans and drawings as well as be able to design build in the field accurately and to code. -Must be able to follow a schedule and have great time management skills. -Must be honest with excellent communication skills to be able to coordinate with project managers, clients and sub-contractors. -Must take pride in quality of work and be willing and eager to learn new skills and techniques. -Must be detail oriented and care for job site, tools and work van cleanliness. This position will be expected to lead and train fellow employees with a great attitude and lead-by-example work ethic. Carpenter Helper Role: -Must have ability to accurately use hand and power tools and measure accurately -Must have the willingness to learn and grow as a tradesman and advance in your roll. -Must have excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions -Must show up on time and provide a good attitude and contribute to a good team atmosphere. Pay is hourly D.O.E and will be negotiated upon fair standard agreement at time of hire. Between $20-$45/hr
