The Crossing Apartment Homes in Denver, a beautiful 482 unit apartment community is seeking a full time maintenance technician to join our team. The position will require an individual who is energetic, self motivated and can execute quality work in a timely fashion. The right team member for the job must have the following qualifications: HVAC certification preferred Be able to troubleshoot and identify basic plumbing Have knowledge in general electrical issues Some appliance repair knowledge Pool experience is a plus, CPO certified preferred Painting experience If you have overall maintenance experience and are trying to enter the apartment business we can train you!
