Job descriptions: LINE COOKS: Must be well organized and self motivated Familiar with line stations consisting of sauté, grill, and other cooking techniques Knife Skills Ability to follow a standardized recipe and specifications Maintain a clean and sanitized work station Any other tasks requested by the chef and Sous Chef DISHWASHERS: Operating and maintaining dish machine for china, glass and silverware Pot and pan scrubbing General kitchen cleaning Rotation of dry and perishable provisions Rubbish removal Light Prep Work Any other tasks requested by chefs and Sous Chef REQUIREMENTS: Must 18 years of age or older Must be able to lift 50 pounds Bilingual preferred but not required Must be able to pass and maintain a negative drug screening When was the last time you had an employer invest in you and your families future, well being, and quality of life?Welcome to the Family, Cento Anni Alla Famiglia - 100 years to the Family!
