We are The Wright People, a small event staffing, management, and consulting company operating in the Baltimore/Washington area. We provide staff to caterers and banquet facilities as well as private clients, in their homes or venues. I'm Rick Wright, and I own the company. Here's what we need: Experienced, polished, well groomed, detail oriented professional on and off premises servers, bartenders and kitchen staff. Experience with an upscale caterer, hotel, or restaurant is a must. We are not in a position to train inexperienced people, even if you are a fast learner. This work is not as easy as it looks and no, you can't "just pick it up as you go along", not with us, anyway. There are plenty of caterers who will train you. Work with them, then contact us. These are on call gigs, not a full time or part time job. Independent 1099 contractors. If you're one of our kind of people you know what that means, and you're probably already making all or part of your income that way.
