Hello!
Please read this and instructions for response!
My faucet started leaking. But it isn't accessible to fix without removing the sink, counter, and affecting the tile. And then a new sink and faucet needs to be installed, which would require a new countertop and new hole cut (into the butcher block) into the new countertop.
Since this all needs to be done, i am wanting to go ahead and replace my water filter and connect my washer/dryer and some other odds and ends.
So the tasks are:
- Remove countertop and damaged sink cabinet and faucet
- Cut hole for new sink and faucet in countertop
- install new sink/faucet/countertop and cabinet
-reconnect under sink water filter and garbage disposal
-reinstall the stovetop on new countertop
-connect mini washer/dryer combo
Then
-repair/add any tile backsplash (estimated about ~10 sq ft)
-move upper cabinet down (fridge will move to left, washer to right)
-place another new countertop (no cutting needed) on the "island".
Here are some pictures.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Useful to know your experience/any references, your availability (I'm pretty flexible when this needs to be done- could be any time. I would also love to have it done asap (say over the weekend) if i can get the supplies ready for you. Please give a rough estimate on cost and time to complete.
I do have a parking spot you could use in the building possibly. Could possibly get a visitor pass too.
Thanks!
