Job Description Janitorial and Cleaning work. Cleaning various locations as listed below. Job includes dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, windows(mostly spot cleaning), changing trash bags, and disposing of trash. Major Holidays off Some of these locations are 10 - 15 minute drive between must have valid license and some require background checks. Must be legally allowed to work in US. The times of evening locations cleaned are Preferred but can be flexible, you can start at whatever location is more convenient. Evening Cleaner: Falls Church (1 location) - Falls Church 10 pm - 3 am (5 hrs/day) [Monday - Sat] $1680/ month (1 location above) Evening Cleaner: Arlington + Old Town Alexandria (4 locations) - Arlington 7 pm - 8 pm (1hr/day) [Mon-Sat] - North Arlington 8 pm - 9 pm (1hr/day) [Mon-Fri] - Crystal City 9 pm -10 pm (1hr/day) [Mon-Fri] - Old Town Alexandria 10 pm - 12 am(2hrs/day) [Mon Wed Fri] $1231/Month (4 location above) Evening Cleaner: Springfield+Burke (3 locations): - Springfield 7 pm - 8:30pm (1.5hrs/day) [Mon- Fri] - Burke 8:30pm - 10 PM(1.5hrs/day) [Mon- Sat] $924/month (2 locations above)
