We are looking for a Service Technician to undertake the responsibility to diagnose and repair a variety of issues that arise in hot tubs. A Service Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly with good customer relationship skills. The goal is to provide exceptional customer service in the repair of their hot tub. Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, service and maintain hot tubs. Assist in the installation and setup of new hot tubs and conduct repairs when necessary. Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace panels, etc.) Communicate with the customer regarding diagnosis and repairs. Skills: Proven experience as service technician is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Service, plumbing, electrical background is helpful Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices We will provide all necessary training to ensure that the chosen candidate is confident and capable of performing the job to the best of their ability. ***Potential to earn more than $40 per hour once fully trained*** **Housing Options Available** Job Type: Full-time Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
