Music studio build-out seeking local builder/recommendation

My friend has moved back to Greensboro with his new bride who teaches piano professionally. I am helping them plan out their basement remodeling job which includes an acoustically sealed music studio, guest bedroom, bath remodel and am looking around to see if there are any Greensboro-based builders familiar with double-wall framing, isolation clips, 705 panels, and other aspects of sound-proofing and sound treatment.
