Building Maintenance Technician Entry level position with focus on building maintenance and repairs. Requirements: Must have the ability to stoop, stand, climb ladders, frequently lift a minimum of 50lbs of equipment (ladders, tools, motors) to perform needed tasks Good driving record and use of a vehicle Ability to work with tenants and businesses to reach goals Multi-tasking Work unsupervised Duties include the following: Repairs: doors, locks, ceilings, walls, flooring, etc. Preventive Maintenance Exterior clean up around buildings Pressure washing Painting both interior and exterior Light electrical and plumbing repairs Light construction; interior wall construction, doors, cabinets and countertops, demo Assist Maintenance Supervisor with assigned tasks This is a full time position working M-F.
