REMINDER: Every Saturday & Sunday, it's "Dog Open House" (no appointment required) to view the dogs at the Jackson County Animal Shelter from 12 to 4. Appointments are still required for dogs Tues through Friday, and for cats/kittens Tues through Sun. If you're looking to provide a safe, caring home for a shelter dog, these "no appointment days" make it that much easier to view the dogs there. The shelter is closed to the public on Mondays.
