These positions can be Part or Full-time. The physical demands required for this position includes occasional sitting/standing for 2-3 hours at a time working on job sites, in homes, facilities and in the community. Job Summary: Collaborate with employers, assist and support clients within vocational, residential and community settings. Work within a team implementing program directives, providing on-site support services to assist clients achieve goals. Work directly with clients providing job retention and personal life management assistance. We accomplish these services through 1:1 consultation with no heavy lifting or bathroom assistance required. Participate in periodic human service directed trainings to improve caregiving or coaching services, increase caregiving knowledge while advancing employees in their human service career. Qualifications: Working knowledge of Internet & MS Office preferred for communication and case note writing. Use of a personal vehicle is required and monthly mileage reimbursement offered. High school education, strong writing and communication skills required. Experience with working directly with individuals with disabilities preferred but NEO will invest in training applicants with professional potential. Travel: Position centered in Manchester, but some work in Salem, Concord & Nashua as needed. Salary: Salary is based upon experience, $16-$18.00/hr. + Mileage Reimbursement monthly.
