Description

Run diagnostic tests and analyze results. Repair or replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions and braking systems. Knowledge in diagnostics with Cat, Cummins & Detroit, ABS & transmissions systems. Working knowledge of engines, transmissions, differential, A/C and suspensions. Determine unit condition by conducting inspections & diagnostic tests, identifying deficiencies. Able to read schematics for electrical and air systems. Develop technical skills through training opportunities Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications; make necessary adjustments if required. Ensure the cleanliness of the shop.
