Simpson Toolbox is a dynamic provider of truck accessories and upfitting. We have been in business for more than thirty years with offices in Phoenix and Mesa. We are looking for a motivated, driven individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible, hard-working, with a background in shipping and receiving as well as experience using a forklift. This is the opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a growing company. Responsibilities include: - Maintain a system of inventory controls by recording products received or distributed - Paperwork management in accordance with company guidelines, such as bills of lading, packing slips, RMA’s, etc. - Pull and prepare orders, including counter fulfillment and staging for shipments - Manage shipping and receiving - Document all damages found or caused during shipping - Manage product location using tools available (i.e., dolly, pallet jack, forklift, etc) - Able to safely operate forklift - Able to safely operate company truck when making pickups or deliveries - Assist with physical inventory counts as needed - Maintain preventive maintenance checklists for forklift and company truck - Other duties as assigned Desired Attributes: - Able to read and understand business documents to determine product to be pulled, gathered, repacked, and delivered accordingly - Able to meet attendance requirements - Must be able to learn quickly with minimal supervision - Able to multi-task and prioritize - Able to follow instructions - Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Work hours are M-F, 7:30 am-4:00 pm or 8:00-4:30pm depending on availability. $15.00 - $17.00/hour Send resume to email above or stop by and fill out an application.
