Looking for an MC/Rapper

Denver, I hope this message finds you well. I am going to lay some things out that might help everyone determine if this opportunity is for you. If you are not sure, reach out and let's talk. I play drums for the band : ) *We respect and are humbled to work with people from any walk of life. *I come from a reggae/hiphop/rock band in Phoenix, AZ that had a soul type lead singer and a different dude as an MC/Rapper type. I know from experience that our type of music works well with MC'ing. *Currently we are comprised of lead singer, guitar, bass, keyboard/saxophone, and drummer. *We are a reggae band that can easily have a "rock or hip-hop" sound if that's what helps make you shine a bit. *If you want to be part of a group that is a family and works well together, then we are it. *If you want to be part a band that plays "YOUR MUSIC" or "YOUR STYLE" or plays in the "HIP HOP SCENE", we are not that. If you stick around a while, we can learn a song or two of your choice. This group needs an MC who is willing to be an equal part of the team or at least SUPERIOR at doing gigs with us from time to time (considering you came to a rehearsal or two before hand). I am not being negative, instead I am detering the "MC's" who struggle to execute a pre-written flow and are not ready to give effort (attend rehearsal). *We GIG twice a month so you will get plenty of opportunities to perform. *You as an MC should have original content and/or flows you have memorized and down packed so you can have entire verses to yourself. An example is; we play a song in the original version; singer will sing the song as is but you will hype up intros, chorus', and take the entire 2nd verse and possibly other sections to yourself as the "lead singer/MC". *You will need to become familiar with the songs we cover. ***If performing music is a passion of yours, yet you can't find A FULL BAND that DOES REHEARSAL to jam with within a few weeks, then please contact me.
