Seeking a groundskeeper/handyperson to start immediately in 78735. This will be an hourly/part-time position. Flexible schedule options that fall between M-F 8 am-4 pm. This is an outdoor role primarily. Must clear a criminal background check. Some of the tasks include: Landscaping maintenance -mulching -pulling weeds -planting trees and flowers -relocating small trees Grounds -all debris picked up -dog poo picked up and disposed of Balconies -blown off, wiped down, and kept tidy Interior -handyman tasks as needed The home is 10,000 SF, and for the right person, an excellent opportunity. In this role, you must be detailed, trustworthy, dependable, and responsive. We are looking for the best of the best. I prefer someone with luxury home experience and skilled in many areas.
