Real Estate Management Company – looking for a fulltime (40hr/week) handyman/superintendent who will be able to manage a schedule for required repairs, maintenance, cleaning, etc., at multiple locations Looking for a multi-tasking handyman who is capable of standard repairs ranging from cutting moulding, setting a toilet, replacing electrical outlet and changing locks. Good painting and taping skills required Must have experience and be able to work independently Must have a car 7-day availability for emergency situations
