Have you ever noticed the words "Gun", Guns, and "Firearm" are NOT in the Second Amendment? We the People have. Even the late Rush Limbaugh, before his drug arrest, when he wasn't self medicating, said "Words Matter". Of course the gun merchant$ haven't. What's a few dead school kids when there is so much money to be made! "Arms" have been regulated for ages in the US and such restrictions have been allowed by the Supreme Court. Try building your own nuclear arm. Artillery and canon arms are restricted with a few minor exceptions. Explosive arms are all but prohibited. "Ghost guns" are illegal. Fully automatic machine guns legal but restricted. Apparently America's emotional orange insurrectionist supporting $nowflakes melt when confronted with these facts. The issue is REDUCING the number of 18 year old nut cases from obtaining weapons. NOT taking away firearms from law abiding people. As a veteran I know a secret... Many "rugged individualist" gun owners are wusses who never lifted a finger for their country or anything else. They walk around in their camouflage outfits attempting to look tough. Instead they look stupid. Words do matter.
