Sand oak floors & basic yard maintance & house clean up

I need someone to help clean out a house from prior tenants. There are lots of clothes and debris around that needs to be bagged and brought up to the garage. Probably a few hours work. Also there are many shrubs and low hanging trees that need to be cleaned up. General yard clean up. The house needs to be cleaned thoroughly. It is dirty, windows/screens/door walls/kitchen (cabinets/appliances), bathroom, shower is gross. Handyman work- doors need new hard hardware, door and window seals, caulking in bath, toilet seat tightened, registers painted/replaced...other stuff. Lots of other stuff. I also need floors sanded down and refinished. They aren't in bad shape they just need to be redone. I have one spot that has more wear than the others. I would estimate that it would be around 750 sq feet. They would need to be done in June. There is flexibility as the tenants would have moved out. If you want to do some and not all-let me know.
