Maintenance Tech for Property Manager

Description

We are looking for a reliable all-purpose maintenance tech / handyman to join our team of contractors. We have 200+ doors and need someone who can fix a wide range of issues including things like leaking faucets, replacing lights and outlets, rough carpentry, small painting, etc. Pay is $25 per hour plus $10 trip fee for each job. Work orders are assigned constantly and the expectation is they are completed as soon as possible. Ideal applicant should have: - A valid driver's license - A truck or van - 5+ year's of experience in a similar role - A smart phone and be somewhat tech savvy - Good interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with tenants
