Seeking a responsible and proactive maintenance tech with hands-on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC experience preferred for a commercial building, no residential units. Resume is required, list all of your experienced trades as well as the level of experience with each. Position available immediately to qualified individuals starting at $27 / hr. rate.
