Cleaning Help Downtown - 16th/O Street

Good afternoon! I’m looking for some help right now and appreciate any suggestions if nothing else! My mother is going through chemo and radiation at UC Davis and unfortunately I’m on the other end of the country and won’t be able to visit there nearly as often as I’d like to. She is having terrible trouble keeping her studio apartment up (it’s a terrible spot but I’m working on moving her somewhere safer with more help). I will absolutely offer some money for help with this I just mostly need someone trustworthy and nonjudgmental. Most of what needs done is just taking the trash out and making sure the space isn’t filled with bacteria. If anyone has any recommendations for an affordable laundry service I would absolutely appreciate that as well. She can’t manage to get to the laundry room when it is actually in service at this point. (I’ve been trying to get her a care worker for ages but it hasn’t been effective so far through the programs she is approved through so I just need to help as best I can right now).
