Need help installing second floor wood storm windows

Need some one with a ladder to install two catches on a second floor window frame to catch the two hangers on the storm window. I have the matching catches. Another one already has the appropriate catches on the frame and hangers on the storm window but may need adjustment of the hangers to fit smoothly into the window frame. Quick job for someone who knows what they are doing. I have installed three of these myself in more easily accessible areas.
